Ride Digital is a marketing agency in Overland Park, KS that offers a full suite of marketing services, website design/management and video production. They have two custom built website platforms that double as inventory and lead management systems. Ride develops, maintains and upgrades all platforms in house as well as facilitates the website builds itself within the platforms, wordpress or custom. Ride Digital is a child company of the Route 66 RV Network. The Ride development team builds and manages all applications and websites for the network as well.

As a developer for Ride Digital, I focus mainly on website builds and platform enhancements. We regularly use HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript and PHP, while working with mySQL, AJAX and Git. I have built/rebuilt at least 30 websites in my time with Ride Digital.

RVSS and Ride Platforms

Custom made website platforms similar to wordpress that Ride uses to manage and build and websites. They double as inventory and lead management systems. I work within these platforms daily with site builds, maintenance, platform enhancements and anything else that comes up.

Mainstreet and RVsurance

Custom built properties in partnership or owned by the Route 66 RV Network. With the Mainstreet system I have worked on many aspects of the program including contract generation, user customization options, layout and general styling.
On RVsurance, I implemented the final design within a wire frame along with mobile responsiveness

Misc

The development team at Ride Digital is relatively small (5 people.) So we all have to wear many hats, learn quickly and on the fly sometimes. While hired to be a Frontend Dev, within months I was teaching git to the rest of the team, writing sql queries, building platform widgets, learning/using wordpress, configuring Google analytics, checking DNS and hosting along with whatever needs done in the moment. We take pride in stepping up and attacking whatever needs completed.
